Right of Withdrawal & Return Policy for Kraswood (EN)
At Kraswood, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. That’s why we offer a 30-day return policy on all stocked items. You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return, provided the item is unused, in its original condition with tags, and in the original packaging. Please include your receipt or proof of purchase.
To initiate a return, contact us at: support@kraswood.com. Once approved, we’ll send you a return label and instructions. Unannounced returns cannot be accepted.
Damages & Issues: Please inspect your order upon arrival. If it is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can resolve it.
Exchanges: We do not process direct exchanges. Please return the item and place a new order.
Refunds: We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, the refund will be automatically issued to your original payment method. Please allow a few days for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.
Legal Right of Withdrawal (EU consumers): You have the right to withdraw from this contract within one month without giving any reason. The period starts from the day you (or a third party named by you) received the goods.
To exercise your right, notify us with a clear statement (e.g., by email to support@kraswood.com). Sending your notice before the deadline is sufficient.
Consequences of Withdrawal: We will refund all payments received, without including standard delivery fees, within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal notice. We may withhold the refund until we receive the returned goods or proof of shipment. Return shipping costs are to be paid by the customer.
Exclusions: The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
Custom or personalized goods
Perishable items or those with short expiry
Sealed items that were unsealed after delivery
Goods that are inseparably mixed with others after delivery
